We’d like to invite you to join Trust leaders for a free webinar about the role mergers can play in enabling growth.

‘Merging for sustainable growth – the challenges and opportunities’ is on Thursday 26th November from 1pm to 2.30pm. We are delighted that Stephen Morales, CEO of the Institute of School Business Leadership, will give the keynote and share his thinking on how mergers can help trusts to grow. Following this, MAT leaders, and other experts, offer their insight and experience in managing successful mergers.

This will be followed by a case study from Nick Osborne, CEO Maritime Academy Trust, who this year have undertaken a merger with Barnsole Primary Trust. The merger has created a great opportunity for the Trust to deepen collaboration between Schools and share central and School level expertise in the best possible way. It has also meant that more pupils have been able to benefit from its entrepreneurial curriculum, where they are encouraged to learn through direct experience.
