Our calendar is designed to be parent facing and can be displayed in list or grid views. Colour categorising events helps viewers to locate the information they need, and the calendar sync feature enables families to pull your events directly into the calendar of their smartphone or tablet.

Text messaging and Email

Fully working systems that require manual uploading of contacts or alternatively, bulk uploading via a csv file downloaded from your school MIS. The email service is free to use and just add credits to utilise the text service.


Social media integration

Push your latest news updates directly to your Twitter and Facebook feeds. Input once and publish to your website and social media at the touch of a button.

Support and advice - our dedicated teams are always on hand to assist you.

Office Hours are as follows:

Monday to Thursday - 8am to 5.30pm

Friday - 8am to 5pm

Implementation and Unlimited Ongoing Training - we know how important your website is. By ensuring all users have the knowledge they need to edit and upload content, means your website should never become outdated.

Help Area - Log into your website and you will find the Help area to the left of your user name. This area contains user guides for all of our products and features. Video guides are also contained within this area.

Dedicated Regional Account Manager - working regionally ensures all schools within an area have a single contact, and this, in turn, supports the sharing of best practice.

Annual Website Review - your regional account manager will provide an annual review of your website content to ensure you are DfE and Ofsted compliant and that your website is well organised and user-friendly.

Security - for your total peace of mind, we host your website on our own secure servers which are monitored 24/7 by our team - this is not outsourced.

Our systems are rigorously tested by independent experts ensuring that your website has the highest possible level of protection.

Unlimited Webspace and Bandwidth - unlike some providers, we don't place any limits on you, this means you can include as many pages and as much information as you would like to.

Daily Website Back-ups - We back-up your site daily to ensure your data is recoverable. There's no need to panic if you accidentally delete something as we will be able to restore it for you

Website Statistics - an extremely useful reporting function of your website which enables you to quickly and easily access visitor information on page views etc.

Regular Technical Checks - we test your website's functionality ensuring compatibility with new browsers, touch screen devices etc.

Automatic Updates - with PrimarySite, when we make improvements to the content management system software, this will be automatically released to you without the need for you to constantly check for updates or download new software.
