We are getting an exciting new look, including a new logo and colour scheme.

It may seem like a significant change, but rest assured, our core values and commitment to you, our customers will stay the same. Furthermore, our customers will experience no difference in the software functionality, day-to-day processes, or access to our platforms.

To make this transition as smooth as possible, we’ve compiled a list of FAQs.

What can customers expect from this rebrand?
Customers can expect to receive the same service and support, as well as a new and improved look. However, there is no immediate change to our customers’ software or processes.

Why are we rebranding when we already have a strong brand reputation?
Considering our recent acquisition by Juniper Education, we felt it was time for a fresh and appealing new look that unifies the platform with the rest of the Juniper software offer.

How does this change the customer relationship with PrimarySite?
This change will not affect our customer relationships in any way; however, we are constantly striving to improve our overall processes and reputation.

Does the rebrand mean that the software will also change?
No, the software will not change. The functionality will remain the same and only the aesthetics are changing.

What will happen to the PrimarySite Admin login URL?

Nothing will change, you will still login to your website in the same way.
