Silver
This Package gives you all editing options that your school team will need such as, adding and removing pages, creating subpages, simple uploading of multiple photos, documents and text. Newsletters that self-archive, a parent facing calendar and a latest news feed are all included within this package.

This feature rich package contains all the elements of our silver package, and the additional tools can help you to support learning and parental engagement. From fully integrated text and email services to blogging and video platforms this package offers a robust and useful array of resources.

Gold Plus
This package contains our parental app along with the features described within the Silver and Gold Packages. The app provides a convenient communication tool for school teams and families alike. It improves and increases communication without the need to worry about text credits and delivery reports mean you can be sure your important messages have been read.

Your next steps to a new website

Agreement

Advise your Account Manager that you are ready to progress with a redesign of your website and whether you have chosen our customised or bespoke option.

Your Account Manager will get the ball rolling for you and place you in the safe hands of one of our experienced project managers who will look after you until your new website launches.

Create

If you have not already decided which customised design you wish to move forward with, your Project Manager will find out more about your needs and help you to identify the design which best suits your needs.

If you are working with our bespoke option, your project manager will work with you to create a design that fully reflects your individuality and showcases what is important to you.

Launch

When you are fully happy with your website design our team will launch your website. There will be no downtime as we will simply swap your websites over seamlessly.

Support

On launch, we will arrange any training your team may need if new features have been added to your website.

At this point, our Project Manager will place you back in the hands of your dedicated Account Manager who is always on hand for support and advice.

As well as completing your annual website review, your account manager is on hand for any questions you may have and to also keep you updated with new improvements and features available to you. Office Hours are as follows:

Monday to Thursday - 8am to 5.30pm

Friday - 8am to 5pm

Implementation and Unlimited Ongoing Training - we know how important your website is. By ensuring all users have the knowledge they need to edit and upload content, means your website should never become outdated.

Help Area - Log into your website and you will find the Help area to the left of your user name. This area contains user guides for all of our products and features. Video guides are also contained within this area.

Dedicated Regional Account Manager - working regionally ensures all schools within an area have a single contact, and this, in turn, supports the sharing of best practice.

Annual Website Review - your regional account manager will provide an annual review of your website content to ensure you are DfE and Ofsted compliant and that your website is well organised and user-friendly.

Security - for your total peace of mind, we host your website on our own secure servers which are monitored 24/7 by our team - this is not outsourced.

Our systems are rigorously tested by independent experts ensuring that your website has the highest possible level of protection.

Unlimited Webspace and Bandwidth - unlike some providers, we don't place any limits on you, this means you can include as many pages and as much information as you would like to.

Daily Website Back-ups - We back-up your site daily to ensure your data is recoverable. There's no need to panic if you accidentally delete something as we will be able to restore it for you

Website Statistics - an extremely useful reporting function of your website which enables you to quickly and easily access visitor information on page views etc.

Regular Technical Checks - we test your website's functionality ensuring compatibility with new browsers, touch screen devices etc.

Automatic Updates - with PrimarySite, when we make improvements to the content management system software, this will be automatically released to you without the need for you to constantly check for updates or download new software.
